Klamath Care Care – Your Auto Repair Garage in Klamath Falls, OR serving car owners in Klamath Falls, Keno, Chiloquin and Merrill OR and surrounding areas.
I would like to tell you a little about my background. I went to a 2 year automotive technology program at a community college. Went to work for a Honda dealer for 5 years after that, received extensive factory training there. Continued my education at UNLV in business management, economics, and finance while managing an independent Honda repair shop.
Moved back to California where I managed a large repair shop for 2 years before I bought out an existing repair shop from a retiring mechanic. This shop I owned/operated for 8 years.
Tired of the rat race down south, my wife and I relocated here where her parents are in 2007. Having a lot of interest in real estate and finance field, I became a mortgage broker. This of course was months prior to the real estate market crashing so this didn’t work out!
For a change I tried the auto parts field, Novaks, for 2.5 years. While there I consistently heard issues with mechanics misdiagnosing vehicles at the customers’ expense. This is something I despise, being my specialty is diagnostics. So, I found myself wanting to get back in the shop to make a difference for this town.
My goal is to have a low overhead to keep pricing fair. Not get too big and lose the personal touch with my customers. Diagnose and repair your vehicle right the first time!
Oh and for the average stuff you see on shop ads…….25 years in field, ASE Certified Master Technician, and I’m not part of a chain or corporation. To the surprise of some of my customers I’ve even given my cell number for emergencies.
I consider my customers my friends.
